Hypospadias 2-stage repair

Hypospadias is a common congenital anomaly in males exhibiting as a urethral meatus in the subcoronal margin, corona, the gland penis, penile shaft, scrotum, or perineum. Penile curvature is common.

A) Scrotal hypospadias; B) Degloving; C) Curvature corrected; D) Glans mobilized; E) Skin flap transfer; F) Glans mobilized but urethral plate preserved; G) First stage complete; H) Six months later; I) Urethroplasty begins; J) First layer of urethroplasty; K) Second layer of urethroplasty; L) Repair complete
